Register in advance for FREE preview classes of our most popular formats (space is limited)*. Enjoy Pilates Reformer demonstrations, hors d’oeuvres, chair massages, prizes, and more — and the first 20 attendees on Saturday and on Sunday will receive swag bags!*Free classes are for new clients, limit one per person. Current studio-goers can sign up if you bring a new workout buddy to see Six Degrees for the first time–stop at the front desk to reserve your spot. Parking is available in the Sons of Norway lot.

Barre Technique Workshop
The Barre Technique Workshop is uniquely designed to deepen your understanding of this popular fitness format. With foundations in both Ballet and Pilates, Barre technique is intricate and precise. To effectively create lean muscle mass and move safely, it is important to understand Barre fundamentals. Erika will break down the most common exercises with an emphasis on musculature movement, alignment and control. You will walk away with the tools to take your Barre practice to the next level!
