Fuel your body and mind at the Six Degrees Fall Open House Weekend! Tour the studio, sample classes, ask our instructors all your burning questions, and mingle with event sponsors. Register in advance for FREE preview classes of our most popular formats (space is limited)*. Enjoy Pilates Reformer demonstrations, hors d’oeuvres, chair massages, prizes, and more — and the first 20 attendees on Saturday and on Sunday will receive swag bags!*Free classes are for new clients, limit one per person. Barre Technique Workshop

The Barre Technique Workshop is uniquely designed to deepen your understanding of this popular fitness format. With foundations in both Ballet and Pilates, Barre technique is intricate and precise. To effectively create lean muscle mass and move safely, it is important to understand Barre fundamentals. Erika will break down the most common exercises with an emphasis on musculature movement, alignment and control. You will walk away with the tools to take your Barre practice to the next level!
